The Nordic Jet from BECO is designed to aid aqua fitness and can be used to help rehabilitation from injury when doing aqua aerobics. Designed to create water resistance to improve strength and endurance and to help you with coordination and balance.

It improves stability as the water flows through a funnel-shaped cone in the hollow handle, gathered into a jet, and then flows back out through a second funnel. The flowing water stabilizes the direction of your arm movements and allows your arms to move forward evenly through the water.

Water-resistance - As you push the Nordic Jets through the water, resistance is created to make it harder for you to move through the water. This will improve muscular endurance as well as flexibility and coordination.
